This Cookie Policy explains how Kimu Labs SL, trading as Creonda (Konporte kalea 30, local 12D, 48992 Getxo, Bizkaia, Spain), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (creonda.com) and our platform (app.creonda.com). It supplements our Privacy Policy at creonda.com/terms/privacy-policy, which explains how we process personal data in general.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by another provider whose service we use), and they can last for a browser session or for a fixed period. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. In this policy we refer to all of them as cookies.
2. How we ask for your consent
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the service, or that only remember interface choices you make, are used without consent. All other cookies, in particular analytics and advertising cookies, are used only after you accept them in our cookie banner. Until you make a choice, no analytics or advertising cookies are set.
You can accept or reject optional cookies with equal ease and change your choice at any time:

On app.creonda.com, through Cookie settings in the page footer. The banner is shown to every visitor, including visitors who arrive directly on the platform from a link.
Your choice on one site does not automatically apply to the other, so you may be asked on both. Withdrawing consent stops optional cookies from being used from that point. It does not by itself delete data already collected; its retention is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We use Google Consent Mode in its basic form: if you do not consent, Google Analytics and Google advertising tags are not loaded and send no data.

Our website host, Framer, also measures page views with a privacy-friendly analytics service that sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager, which itself sets no cookies. If you accept marketing cookies, Google Analytics may also share data with Google’s advertising services (doubleclick.net) for audience measurement.
Third-party content
Our demo booking page embeds a scheduling tool from Cal.com. Cal.com may set cookies needed to show available times and complete your booking.
4. Cookies on app.creonda.com
All first-party cookies are set for app.creonda.com. “Session” means the cookie is deleted when you close your browser.

Third-party content loaded on request
YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com): explainer videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and set no cookies until you play a video.
Google Identity Services: used only if you import files from Google Drive; Google may set its own cookies on google.com.
Pusher (real-time notifications): uses a WebSocket connection and sets no cookies.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to the platform.
